About the Marketing and Business Development team at G+T

With a presence in each of our three offices, our friendly, social and high performing Marketing team is made up of Business Development, Communications, Design, Events, Digital/Technology and CRM.

About the role

As the Client Relationship Manager, this role will see you responsible for the firm’s strategic clients as well as working closely with key internal stakeholders. Broadly your role will involve:

  • Identifying potential opportunities to further expand G+T's sector/practice offering
  • In conjunction with the Relationship Partners, set account strategies and drive growth initiatives
  • Managing CRM and BD activities for each client account
  • Working proactively to build on existing and new client relationships
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience

About you

To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role or experience in a senior BD role and looking to take that next step in your career. In addition, you will have:

  • Business development experience gained in a professional services environment
  • Influencing skills and a strong track record of developing deep client relationships
  • A strong commercial understanding of the banking sector is desirable
  • Analytical and research skills – trends, economic forecasting
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
