In an ever-changing business landscape, a common issue faced by many Professional Services leaders around the world is an inability to get meetings with the right decision makers – the economic buyers at client and prospective client firms.

Join us for this 1.5 hour session with Keith Dugdale, as we run through a proven technique that will enable you to help your internal clients (fee-earners) to not just get these important meetings but have their client/target looking forward to meeting them. In this session you’ll learn:

  1. More about the changing competitive landscape in professional services and why it is crucial that your firm builds relationships with senior decision makers.
  2. How to discover what is really of value to senior decision makers.
  3. How to help your internal clients to write engaging emails/make engaging phone calls that make senior decision makers want to meet with them.

At the end of the session participants will come away with a  simple tool they can implement with their fee-earners right now to help accelerate their business growth.

Who should attend?

Mid to senior level marketing and business development professionals as well as principals and directors who have an interest in the topic.
