Alex founded Positive Scenario in 2016, driven by his belief happiness is the key to personal and organisational success and inspired by the findings of Shawn Achor and other thought leaders in the field of positive psychology.

Prior to founding Positive Scenario, Alex held many positions with Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory firm. Over 15 years with this global market leader, he held national and regional roles in Brisbane, Hong Kong and Sydney. His many achievements ranged from turning low performing businesses into recognised top performers to establishing and growing successful new businesses.

Using scientifically proven tactics and principles Alex works with executives and leadership teams to enable positive cultural change that leads to major improvements in business results.

Rob Lilwall

Rob Lilwall is an ordinary person who, through taking an adventurous attitude to life, has achieved the extraordinary.

In the last two decades, he has embarked on expeditions by bicycle and on foot, covering over 80,000 km of the world’s land surface, including through Afghanistan, Iran, Siberia, Tibet, Mongolia, and Papua New Guinea. National Geographic have made two television series about his exploits and he is the author of two books, Cycling Home From Siberia and Walking Home From Mongolia. He is an acclaimed speaker on the international conference circuit, and in 2015-2017 spoke at events for Microsoft, Hyatt, Adidas, Goldman Sachs, Thomson Reuters, HSBC, Gartner and many others. He is based in Hong Kong.

Patti Hunt, Katrina Yuen and Kate Okrasinski are Hong Kong based Design Thinking and Innovation practitioners at MAKE Studios.

On her arrival in in Hong Kong 6 years ago, Patti Hunt established Hong Kong’s first design thinking community, which has grown to more than 3,500 members regionally. 

Patti Hunt is the Director and Founder of MAKE Studios and agency made of people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach who bring thoughts, words and ideas to life. The MAKE team also run an annual conference showcasing the region’s best examples of design-led innovation.

Her focus is also on Millennial talents whereby she empowers them to excel in their workplace and shape them to become inspiring future leaders.

She is a MBA Career Coach and a “Creative and Social Intelligence”- Workshop Facilitator for several MBA programs and corporates in Hong Kong, and sits on the non-profit board as the Vice Chairwoman of the NextGen Women’s Network and is on the Advisory Board for the HR tech start-up CoachConnector.

Katie enjoys supporting people through the life changes a career move can bring, with an open, honest, empathetic and supportive approach.

Katie is the director and co-founder of Seldon Rosser, a recruitment business working with the best services businesses in the Asia-Pacific region. Katie trained as a lawyer in the UK, but when she moved to Australia in 2006 she realised she wanted to put her people skills to good use, which led to a career in recruitment.

Subi’s professional journey started off as a lawyer, but he then realised his passion in Human Resources

Subi began his professional life as a maritime lawyer in Bombay, India. He soon realized that litigation wasn’t his cup of tea and switched to the corporate world joining Univan, a leading global ship management company in Hong Kong in 1995. In 2002, he joined Pacific Basin Shipping. as a Project Manager, responsible for various commercial, operational and corporate aspects of the company. He accidentally discovered his true calling, HR, and took over as the head of the HR function in 2006, a role he enjoys to this day.
