Originally from Canada, Theresa has over 19 years of experience in real estate, management consulting and strategic sourcing in Asia Pacific and the UK. Currently she is the Divisional Director responsible for bringing “the power of CBRE” to a number of key Tier 1 accounts to deliver innovation and create competitive advantage. Theresa also leads CBRE’s financial services vertical. Passionate about developing talent, she mentors people in and outside CBRE and recently launched CBRE’s Singapore Women’s Network’s mentoring program. Theresa has held senior business positions in a number of global companies including Rio Tinto and American Express
Andrew McGrath – Director, Green Light Consulting Asia
Andrew runs a niche recruitment business focusing on business development and marketing roles for law firms in Asia. He was previously the National Key Account Manager at Minter Ellison in Australia (and part of the team that successfully introduced the key account program) and Client Focus Manager at Clifford Chance in Hong Kong, before being promoted to Asia Director of Business Development and Marketing. Andrew is passionate about CRM and has witnessed what has worked well (and what has not!).
Bill Decker – Director, Business Development APAC, EY
Bill has over 35 years Sales and Business Development experience, having built 3 businesses with a combined revenue of US$1bn+ pa for organisations such as Optus, Hutchison and Pacific Star. He ran his own consultancy practice for 3 years providing Sales and Marketing services to Blue Chip companies in APAC and was VP Oceania and Global Account Director for the Hutchison Group for Acision, a leader in Technology Solutions for the Telco industry. Bill joined EY in HK in Jan 2013 as Director, Business Development APAC and has been providing business development and strategic deal support for EY for 5 years.
