We all understand the importance of client relationship management (CRM). But, just how many of us understand the opportunities and challenges associated with CRM and how we measure the success of our initiatives? This session will explore how you can support your team to develop such initiatives which consider CRM return on investment (ROI).

Jason Steinberg, GHD’s global relationship manager for Rio Tinto and Vale, will share his unique insights on the implementation and maintenance of CRM programs to help solve client problems and deliver value.

The seminar will focus on:

  • Understanding your firm’s CRM objectives
  • Working with stakeholders to achieve buy-in and providing timely feedback
  • Understanding the key risks to CRM delivery
  • Understanding metrics to be measured in a professional services context
  • Understanding CRM metrics from a marketing and business development perspective
  • Calculating CRM ROI

After attending this session you will be armed with practical solutions that you can share with colleagues and implement in your workplace.  For clarification, this session will not be about CRM databases and technology solutions.
