Do you wish you had greater insight into what your clients think of your relationship and the quality of your service? Do you believe that in your dealings with clients there are sometimes hidden agendas, unspoken words and opportunities that are missed?

As a business development and marketing professional, you know how important it is to understand your clients – their challenges, needs and how you can help them to operate more effectively.

David Goener from Beaton and Maria Rampa from Evvoke Consulting will provide insights into how you can engage more effectively with clients to retain and grow relationships. David will do this by providing detail into the buyer behaviour research that Beaton conducts annually and Maria will talk through the additional benefits of conducting an independent client insights and engagement program.

This session will look at:

  • Practical steps to gain deeper insights into your client relationships
  • The role of marketing and business development to act independently to find out clients hidden agendas, unspoken words and opportunities
  • Real examples of uncovering crucial insights client teams were unaware of and how to manage and communicate these insights to your internal stakeholders

Who should attend:

  • Marketing and business development professionals
  • Managing Partners and CEOs
