Client centricity is the new paradigm as firms seek to differentiate in competitive markets, where clients are increasingly sophisticated and demanding.

In this Asia Pacific webinar, APSMA is partnering with beaton to help firms execute successfully on client centricity.

  • What do clients value? How does perceived value vary through the client lifecycle?

  • What works and doesn’t?
  • How do you measure ROI in this area?

The webinar will include Q&A.
