Feedback is an essential part of learning and development in the workplace. Most firms have formal feedback mechanisms and programs in place, but are we really listening to what managers and colleagues are telling us on a day-to-day basis? How do we give feedback to senior stakeholders without impacting our personal brand or affecting the relationships we are building? How can we coach others to give and solicit feedback?

We've assembled a panel of experts to explore these questions and workshop some examples to give us the confidence to give and receive feedback.

This session will assist with upcoming performance review conversations as well as provide guiding principles for feedback as your career takes you towards management roles.

A little about each of our panellists:

Fiona Tilden is a Senior HR Manager at Ashurst and works directly with the global business support functions. Fiona has provided HR support to the BD, Marketing and Communications teams in law firms for over 12 years. Her HR experience includes performance management, career coaching and staff engagement.
