Are you a marketer or business development specialist who works in a professional services firm and finds it difficult to get projects off the ground?

Are you frustrated by your firm's slow decision-making process?

In this session we look at some of the obstacles you may face in your firm to the idea of putting all your eggs in the digital marketing basket. In a profession that is notoriously risk averse, it is common to face both scepticism and cynicism so we will also explore how to build support for digital marketing in your firm. We’ll look at what might get in the way and strategies to overcome resistance. We also look at how to structure a digital marketing program that works and how to avoid common pitfalls. We’ll wrap up by looking at how you can measure the success of your strategy through KPIs, but also use it to make informed decisions about how to review it so it achieves the best possible results.
