With experience advising and presenting to global audiences, she brings practical, research‑led insights into how influence is built through systems - not just individual skill.
Carl Willis
Regional General Manager – South Australia, GHD
Carl Willis is GHD’s South Australian Regional General Manager, with more than 25 years in engineering consultancy and executive leadership. He’s spent much of his career working with complex stakeholder groups - from C-suite and boards to technical leaders and frontline teams.
