Join us as Sonia walks us through her experiences partnering with Worley Parsons, RPS, Ashurst, EY and more than 30 other consultants for Sydney’s second airport. Sonia will give us the hits and misses, heartache and triumphs of joint venture and team relationships. She will reveal how the team shared IP and worked through competitive tensions and revenue sharing. She will share how  global decision making can have significant unwelcome local impacts. There will be insights  into commercial and contract negotiations, project governance and managing the inevitable 'stuff ups''. Find out how to use first right of refusal agreements and MOUs to tie down partners and how the BD person can play a major part in driving these outcomes early.
