About the panellists

Sue Dean is Director of Business Development and Marketing at McCullough Robertson. She has over 12 years’ experience in business-to-business marketing within professional services and was previously Queensland Marketing Manager at KPMG. Sue is also an APSMA Hall of Fame National Inductee. 


  Heather Hansen is Group Manager – Marketing and Communications at FKG Group and holds over 20 years’ experience in professional services marketing in organisations including Minter Ellison, Golder Associates and McCullough Roberston. 



Miguel Diaz is Senior Business Development Manager at Grant Thornton and has 20 years’ experience providing strategic advice to professional service firms including the Big 4. Miguel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as both a business owner and consultant. 


About the Moderator:


Lisa Nixon – is a Director at BBS Communications Group as well as a National Board Member and QLD Committee Member of APSMA. With 25 years’ experience, Lisa has earned a strong reputation as a leading public relations and communications strategist. Lisa is an experienced trainer, speaker and facilitator.
