ICONic Book Club: Head and Heart: The Art of Modern Leadership

We hope you’ve been enjoying Kirstin Ferguson’s book “Head & Heart: The Art of Modern Leadership”. "The art of modern leadership is knowing when you need to use command and control, or head-based leadership, and when you might instead need to draw upon humility, empathy or other heart-based leadership skills,” says Kirstin Ferguson.

Registrations are now open for the discussion of the book on Friday, 16 February at 2pm (AEDT). Stay tuned for some additional resources and readings about the book. We look forward to introducing you to the new ICON-ic Book Club committee as well.
